Terms and Conditions (T&C)

We provide a 6 month warranty on every mobile screen (on any other mobile phone component also) replaced by us. The 6 months warranty covers :

Screen/LCD or Repair Component that malfunctions, or does not work as intended or designed.

Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically touch issues.

If the screen replaced by us causes any above mentioned issues, you can claim a brand new screen with the continued warranty of 6 months!

Please note:

  1. The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or handed over to another individual. (After sold- Your device will not in under warranty)
  2. Mobile phone must be switching on and functioning normally other than screen to process claim request. (Only repair part warranty)
  3. In case the old screen of your device is not handed over to the technician, the warranty is applicable only for 3 months. (half warranty, if you not handed over the old screen)
  4. In case of your device in water damage condition then your can’t claim the warranty. (Out of warranty in water damage condition)
  5. When our technician visit your location and after your will not repair your device with your fault then you will pay ₹299 as the visit charge. (₹299 Visit charge)


What’s your action to complaint?

Action to complaint any of our services–no questions asked–within 48 hours of your device. We even repair or change.

Do you deliver yourself or P.O. boxes?

We’ll deliver your device anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Do you have customer service?
